Michael has a master's degree in ecology, evolution, and conservation; enjoy an appointment as an adjunct researcher at San Diego State University, and serves as a consulting biologist for the Arizona Poison and Drug Information Center in Tucson. I have authored numerous publications, including coauthoring the Wilderness Medical Society's current snakebite treatment guidelines. But he is most at home outdoors where I use radiotelemetry to study the behavior of wild rattlesnakes.
